TESTING IN NY HELEN KELLER CENTER
As part of our trip to the foundations and organizations for support of blind and deafblind people in the United States and Canada, we had a meeting with representatives of the Helen Keller National Center in New York. The participants in this remarkable meeting were Deborah Harlin (Director of Information Research and Professional Development), Kathy Anello (Coordinator of the Interpreting Department) and Laura Rocchio (Director of Direct Services). The event was held in a very warm and friendly atmosphere. The result of the meeting was a great interest in the "Braille Glove" device, and this summer we plan to conduct a large test with the participation of deafblind people at the base of the Heller Keller center
