For all 4Blind products, you have up to 30 calendar days from the time you receive your item(s) to initiate a return.
Please contact us to request a return authorization before you send us the product.
The refund will be issued minus shipping costs.
In some cases, we may charge a 15 percent restocking fee. Items must be returned in their original condition with all original materials and accessories included.
We will arrange for collection of the products which need to be returned using their original packaging. Please ensure the merchandise is packaged efficiently to avoid damage in transportation as this is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Once we receive the item(s), we will issue a refund for your product, excluding shipping fees both ways. Item (s) can be returned with the courier of your choice. Note that the way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method.
We recommend you to contact Technical Support before attempting a return.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us for replacement.
To return your item(s) to 4Blind, you must call our Customer Service Department and speak to one of our representatives to get return shipping instructions.
If the item (s) was/were purchased through one of our distributors, please contact them to initiate the return.
If you are within your warranty period, you may return the product for repair or replacement. If you are outside of your warranty period, you may still return your device for repair; however, a fee will be charged.
The Seller guarantees it to the Buyer of the Products that the Products are in operating order at the time of delivery to the Buyer and comply with the Seller's specifications provided that no warranty is given for any components or accessories manufactured by other manufacturers but supplied by the Seller.
The Seller guarantees it that the Product shall have no defects of manufacture and operation within a period of 2 (two) years from the date of the initial purchase of the Product under normal use in accordance with the user's manual provided by the Company.
The warranty does not cover: (i) consumable parts such as batteries, protective coatings that are prone to wear and tear, unless faults are caused by defects of materials or poor quality of manufacturing; (ii) surface damage including scratches, dents and broken plastic parts; (iii) damage resulting from accidents, abuse, misuse, contact with a liquid, earthquake or other external impacts; (iv) damage resulting from the use of the Product in violation of the provisions of the user manual.
The Seller hereby assumes an obligation in relation to any Product, during the current warranty period, to repair the Product for restoration of its normal operation at the Seller's authorized service center.
The Buyer shall pay the costs of product delivery to the product acceptance center for service.

Before warranty service, the Seller's employees may request information confirming the purchase as well as ask questions that would help identify the cause of the problem.
The term for the provision of service is up to 30 (thirty) days excluding the period of delivery to the center for products acceptance and delivery to the Buyer's address.
The Seller shall not be responsible for paying for repairs done by third party not certified by the Seller.
