User Manual
Introduction

Congratulations! You are holding the manual for the smart charging adapter, which helps blind people to be aware of charging process via sound, light and vibration notifications.

Today, if you put the device on charge, it is difficult to determine whether charging has started, whether it is fully charged, or not.

USB Note is designed to solve this problem. Just connect the USB Note between the gadget you are charging and the charger, and you can get the information you need through sound, light or haptic notifications.

In the box you will find:

  • USB Note
  • User manual

Appearance

The device has a rectangular plastic body. On the front of the device below you will find a small square button. On one end there is a USB plug, and on the other end there is a USB socket.

Functions

The device will notify you:

  • Whether the socket is working properly
  • When your device starts charging
  • When the battery is fully charged
  • If your device is removed from charging
  • If the USB Note is disconnected from a charger adapter
  • Change of the notification mode

Types of notifications:

  • Sound + Light
  • Haptic (Vibrations) + Light
  • Light

Switch a notification mode

With the button you can change a notification mode. To do this, shortly press the button.
When pressed for the first time, the sound mode changes to the haptic mode.
When pressed again — the haptic mode changes to light mode.

Start working with the device

To start using the device, place it between the charger and the device you want to charge. To do this, insert the charging adapter into a socket, connect the USB Note to the adapter and then plug the charging cable into the USB Note.

Check the charge level

To find out the current charging status of the device, disconnect the device on charge from the USB Note and connect it again.

Sound notifications

If the sound notification mode is selected, then you will receive the following sound signals, depending on the state of charge:

  • The socket is working — you will hear "Power On"
  • Charging started — you will hear "Charging"
  • The battery is fully charged — you will hear "Charging completed"
  • The device being charged is disconnected— you will hear "Disconnect"
  • USB Note is disconnected from a charger adapter — you will hear "Power Off"
